  •  To provide a broad supply of halal groceries, food and necessary household items.
  •  Understands the Malaysian consumers’ behaviour.

I-SOUQa Licensing Benefits
I-SOUQa offers a proven licensing business for entrepreneurs with the following benefits;
  • Trade Name -  Use an established I-SOUQa trade name, marks, logo and style. Outlets will be indistinguishable from others in the network.
  •  Known Product and Services -  Products and services will have public acceptance. It is a major benefit if the network as a whole has a sound reputation, but could be a drawback if other franchisees within the network perform badly.
  •  Training - Training is essential and I-SOUQa offers the ability to use new technology, handle financial and staff management and gives the confidence and skills required to operate a business successfully.
  •  Proven Business - I-SOUQa offers a solid licensing, irrefutable evidence that the business has worked well elsewhere. However, this does not guarantee that it will work everywhere and we advise licensees on a viability study in respective target market.
  •  Package - Investing in a complete business franchise format that has been proven elsewhere and possibly even has an established following in your target territory.
  •  Advertising - National advertising is the responsibility of I-SOUQa while local advertising will be undertaken by entrepreneurs. However, I-SOUQa will offer guidance and even provide advertising materials.
  •  Sourcing - I-SOUQa will specify the range of products and/or services that I-SOUQa will carry. On occasion, I-SOUQa may be the sole source of certain supplies. Either way, you should be able to benefit from bulk discount arrangements negotiated by I-SOUQa on the network’s behalf. I-SOUQa subscribes to Halal Ecosystem after all.
  •  Mentoring - Entrepreneurs have access to an operations and procedures manual. In appropriate circumstances, a trouble shooting service may also be available. Moreover, a field service consultant (FSC) will visit you and offer on-site assistance.
  •  Location - I-SOUQa will assist with the selection of the optimal location for the business. In any event, I-SOUQa reserves the right to approve a site.
  •  Selling the business - Should entrepreneurs wish to sell the business, I-SOUQa may be prepared to purchase it from you, or may have a buyer lined up.
